Fee Refund Policy

At Engineer RSV Mahavidyalaya, we believe in providing clarity and transparency when it comes to our Fee Refund Policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which a student may be eligible for a refund of fees after admission.

Withdrawal Before the Commencement of Classes:

1. If a student wishes to withdraw their admission before the commencement of the academic session, they are eligible for a refund of the fees paid, after deducting a processing fee of ₹500.

2. The request for withdrawal and refund must be submitted in writing to the Admission Office along with the original fee receipt.

Withdrawal After the Commencement of Classes:

1. Within the first 15 days: Students withdrawing within the first 15 days of the commencement of classes are eligible for a refund of 50% of the total fees paid, after deducting the processing fee.
2. After 15 days: No refund will be provided if a student withdraws after 15 days from the start of classes.

Cancellation of Admission by the College:

1. If admission is cancelled by the college due to any discrepancies in the application form or failure to provide the required documents, the student will be eligible for a refund of fees, after deducting the processing fee.
2. In cases of cancellation due to misconduct or disciplinary issues, no refund will be provided.

 Special Circumstances:

Mode of Refund

1. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment used during fee submission (e.g., bank transfer or demand draft).
2. It may take up to 15 working days to process the refund after approval.

No Refund on Certain Fees

Non-refundable fees, such as registration fees, examination fees, and any charges for materials or services already rendered, are not eligible for refund.

How to Apply for a Refund

Students must submit a Refund Request Form, available at the Admission Office or on the college website, along with supporting documents.
The form must be submitted within the deadlines specified above.
