At Engineer RSV Mahavidyalaya, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive academic environment where every student feels valued and heard. The Student's Grievance Redressal Committee has been established to ensure that any concerns or grievances raised by students are addressed promptly and fairly, in accordance with the college’s rules and regulations.

Objectives of the Committee:

To provide a platform for students to voice their concerns related to academic, administrative, or personal issues.
To ensure fair and transparent handling of grievances and to maintain a conducive learning environment.
To safeguard the rights and dignity of students in matters related to harassment, discrimination, or any unfair practices.

Grievance Procedure:

Submission of Grievance: Students can submit their grievances in writing by filling out a Grievance Form available at the college office or online on the college portal.
Acknowledgment: Upon receiving the grievance, the committee will acknowledge receipt and start investigating the issue within 7 working days.
Inquiry: The committee will conduct a thorough inquiry, hearing all parties involved and gathering any necessary evidence.
Resolution: After careful consideration, the committee will propose a resolution, which will be communicated to the student in writing. In most cases, grievances will be resolved within 30 days.
Appeal: If the student is not satisfied with the resolution, they may appeal to the higher authorities of the college for further review.
